Had a great experience purchasing my new Subaru at Sutherlin! Probably drove the salesman nuts because I was unsure if I liked the new body style for the 2026 Outback, waffled back and forth if I wan Sutherlin! Probably drove the salesman nuts because I was unsure if I liked the new body style for the 2026 Outback, waffled back and forth if I wanted a 2025 or 2026. Made several visits to the dealership to look before I finally made my decision. Tom Esparza was so amazing and kept me in the loop while I waited for the 2026 Outback to arrive so I could see it in person. Absolutely will recommend to friends and family. Kenny and Anu in finance were great too, the transaction was smooth and painless. lol. More

The people at Sutherlin Suburu were very pleasant to work with. They were willing to send me number over text so I had everything in writing before I went into the dealership and agreed to match a special th with. Very pleased with the car buying process. My wife wanted a Forester Hybrid, red with brown leather, which was not in dealer inventory, but our salesman Tom Esparza was able to locate a vehic My wife wanted a Forester Hybrid, red with brown leather, which was not in dealer inventory, but our salesman Tom Esparza was able to locate a vehicle in Ventura. Once we agreed on the figures, they arranged a dealer swap and Tom personally drove to Ventura the next day to make the trade. The sales manager and the finance manager both were very personable and a pleasure to work with. No issues or pressure to purchase extended warranties, etc. Well done to all involved! More

Lots of upselling. Airfilter on car is reuseable, technician states needs replacement. The check tires before rotating is a gimmick. The service advisor states she can’t synchronize with other dealerships for the latest oil change intervals.. so she said the car appears not to have had oil change done in 13k miles. I told her it was done at Subaru orange coast. No action taken by service advisor . Why not do what is right for the customer? More
