Service problemsha I recently bought 4 new tires for my Dodge caravan (4 for the price of 3). The next week the low pressure tire light came on. I took it back to the I recently bought 4 new tires for my Dodge caravan (4 for the price of 3). The next week the low pressure tire light came on. I took it back to the Dealer and they checked the tire pressure and said it was oK. Now I have to take it back to have it tested to see why the light is on. Now the light that indicates some kind of malfunction is on. I have an appointment scheduled for Nov 11, so hopefully everything will get fixed More

Don't buy from dodge of Burnsville I bought a truck from dodge of Burnsville, and I've never felt so mad about about being taken advantage of. First off the Ram card is a joke! The dealer signs you up for it so you don't have to come up with a down payment. I received the card in the mail 14 days later to find out the card has an interest rate of 21%. So with my down payment and accessories, the payment for the card is $517 plus a truck payment of $520.. $1037 a month, thanks DOB 🖕 Second, they told me the accessories were only $1017. With the finance lady I found out they lied and the accessories were $2017 and were already on the truck. At this point I had already been there for over 6 hour (with an appointment), so I chose not to have them remove the accessories, and get bent over for another $1000. They got a sale, and I got a sore ass. More

Great experience My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Dodge of Burnsville. I have worked with Thomas Green, Mark and Adam. The last truck I purchased I My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Dodge of Burnsville. I have worked with Thomas Green, Mark and Adam. The last truck I purchased I had them install a lift on it I live over 300 miles away when I got home pulling in my drive my tires were rubbing slightly Mark had his transport guy come pick my truck up repair it (bigger lift) all at the dealerships expense! I brought in my own wheels and tires that day and the wheels had a bigger offset than what I had thought. Mark and Tommy went out of their way to make sure I was happy and that everything was fixed. I will not shop anywhere else!!!!! More

In 2015 I Had A Horrible Experience with Tom I had a horrible experience with Tom in 2015, the kind that you would imagine when you hear the phrase "used-car" salesman. I haven't dealt with him I had a horrible experience with Tom in 2015, the kind that you would imagine when you hear the phrase "used-car" salesman. I haven't dealt with him since, but all I can say is that you should double check everything and don't ever do anything under "pressure". I will say that Mark Saba fixed everything and that the dealership as a whole was great. I hope that Tom has learned in the past 4 years and become the salesman that people deserve. More

Overall a great experience I have bought many Dodge trucks and never from Dodge of Burnsville which is the closest to my home. Tom Green was able to get it done for me. There were a few glitches that could have side tracked the deal but these were all worked out and overall I am very pleased with my 2500 Diesel Ram Laramie Longhorn Edition. More
