Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! I went down to trade in my 2021 Colorado for a 2019 Silverado black widow. I signed the paperwork to have my payments at the price I could afford and put down a dow trade in my 2021 Colorado for a 2019 Silverado black widow. I signed the paperwork to have my payments at the price I could afford and put down a down payment along with the trade in. A little over a week goes by and I get a call from the financial guys that I needed to come back and resign paperwork since the loan I was originally supposed to go through wouldn’t take it. They wanted to up my payments $80 more, I refused and told them we had a contract stating that im getting this vehicle for the price we agreed on and I want it for that. They refused to negotiate closer to the payment I had originally signed for. To top it all off, I walked out of the dealership with my trade in back with no plates or registration back. I have been a loyal customer and they treated me like a little girl who they could try and steal from. Im very disappointed in this dealership and they will NOT be getting my business ever again. I’d also like to state that the sales guy Shaun was completely rude to my mom when she had dropped off the spare key for the Colorado. Telling her he never should of sold me the black widow and that I got it for a steel and It was the best offer for that vehicle(for the original agreement I signed for). More

Thomas Hughes was absolutely amazing I traded in a 2012 Malibu for a 2020 Trax. I was so scared that I was going to be upside down and was going to be stuck with a payment I couldn't afford. Thomas was very thorough on making sure I had the best company to finance with so it wouldn't hurt the bank and I wouldn't be upside down. He went above and beyond as a sales man he did not pressure me he answered all my questions and I got an amazing deal that I could afford and I'm not upside down. I would ONLY recommend seeing Thomas Hughes for your car purchases. He works for you! I also had to go back recently for the chevy sticker making rust on my trunk. I worked with Henry Smith he was so pleasant he was very communicative and didn't rush me and was making sure I was comfortable on my visit. I would recommend seeing ONLY these people to work with your needs More

CROOKS WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Save yourself time, energy and a huge headache, skip this dealership all together. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Sands in the past. This was one o Save yourself time, energy and a huge headache, skip this dealership all together. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Sands in the past. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever come across. We were looking for a specific vehicle. We were told by not one but two sales people (Jessica Savage & Chris Griffith) that they had 3 and possibly 4 to choose from and come by and look at them. We were then informed that they did not have that specifically (the old bait & switch). Don't get me wrong, I will take responsibility for my part in this, I should have walked away at this point. The biggest mistake and learning point of my life, I did not. The sales person that was appointed to us at this point (Thomas) seemed to be "on our side" (now that the deal is done, we clearly see that is not at all the case). The sales person promised us the moon and all we got was a kick in the teeth. They kept us there after hours with promise of a vehicle that was coming from their other location. We were told it would be 30 to 40 minutes, it was almost two hours. He was also aware that we both had to be at work extremely early. We remained because we were told that our payments would be less than we were making now and that it would be for less months as well (we are actually paying the same amount monthly and for an additional year). We were told that our vehicle would have life insurance coverage for both of us and now we get something from the insurance writer that shows it's only for one of us (even though we both signed the paperwork for the insurance). We were informed that the finance person (Garret) we worked with didn't know what he was doing and was no longer there. We contacted the insurance company we were told that they dealership would have to correct the contract. We contacted the dealership manager Thursday and were told he would check into it and call us back Monday. When he finally called back on Wednesday, he informed us that they could not correct the insurance contract. When I asked for copies of all the handwritten paperwork/promises made, I was told that they do not keep that, that they shred it. If you don't take my advise and skip this dealership, do yourself a favor...1) Don't go after noon on a day you have to work the next day. They will take advantage of you after they have worn you out. 2) Be alert and watch for all of the slide of hands done. 3) Be careful and don't fall for any promises made that are handwritten or verbal. 4) If you trade a vehicle in, go back on their website and look at the pictures to make sure that you personal information does not so up in them. 5) Watch for any handwritten changes that are done after you have signed paperwork. 6) Don't think that what they are telling you is the truth. READ EVERY SINGLE THING WORD FOR WORD. 7) Count your fingers & toes before you walk onto the lot and again when you leave. More

Absolutely outstanding, easy, and enjoyable. I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite some time; I was driving a 2012 Honda Civic coupe and needed something that was larger and more practic I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite some time; I was driving a 2012 Honda Civic coupe and needed something that was larger and more practical for my lifestyle. I had originally went in with the intent to look at the Chevy Equinox, but it was far too large for my needs! I noticed that they had the Chevy Trax on the lot, and I decided to take a look at it since it was the smaller version of the Equinox. By the way, the inventory is huge, which was a plus for me since I had a variety to choose from. Thomas was very candid with me when selecting a vehicle and made sure that he showed me the vehicles that suited my needs practically. He made sure he understood what I was looking for in my new vehicle, and he gave me the options that best suited that. We test drove the AWD Trax, and I ended up going home with it! He gave me phenomenal deal on my trade-in and on the price of the Trax. As a recent college graduate, buying a new vehicle seemed nearly impossible, but he made it very much possible for me. When it was time to go home with my Trax, Thomas made sure it was immaculate, and he took time explaining all the features of my new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was quick too! I was in and out within 3 hours--practically unheard of when buying a new vehicle! I can't thank Thomas enough for making my time so enjoyable! Buying a new car should be an exciting experience, and often, it turns into a headache of back and forth between the customer and dealer. This wasn't the case at all for me; I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else in the future!!! More
