I sold my 2022 330i bmw to the dealership on Saturday 7/18 for $18,000 they matched to carmax. Leased a 2026 228 grand and put $3,000 down. I owed on my loan with BMW approx $8,300. I asked if it can be direct deposit via text and he never responded. Three days later I called the sales manager Thomas and it’s been 24 hours and haven’t heard from him. Not great experience. Not happy am being ignored. More

My salesperson Sogol was very attentive to my needs and found me exactly the vehicle I wanted, even though it was from another dealer.
