My experience was terrible. I bought hundai kona 2023 on may27 after a Month I received bill they mentioned some amount in my bill.I try to talk with dealer they didn't receive I bought hundai kona 2023 on may27 after a Month I received bill they mentioned some amount in my bill.I try to talk with dealer they didn't receive my call .I go there they said we will resolve your issue with in 2 weeks.but still they didn't do nothing.since last Sunday my car engine light came on.The lady who talk with me she was so rude.There service so bad.I talk to them they said you need to get appointment and we have no any appointment available at this time.its only 4,750milage it's new car.Its my first experience it's so bad. More

If you're serious about buying a car, do not go here. They're such a small dealership with such a limited inventory that you won't get what you want. Thomas Kim may seem like he wants to sell you a car in person, but he'll quickly blow you off and not follow through. Go to Manassas Hyundai instead. You'll save yourself the time and headache. More

Excellent Experience Buying a Hyundai Elantra I was very pleased with Thomas Kim and his manager (I'm afraid I forgot the manager's name). In buying a car, I do not like to waste time haggling or I was very pleased with Thomas Kim and his manager (I'm afraid I forgot the manager's name). In buying a car, I do not like to waste time haggling or being upsold. Thomas asked what I wanted and then when it came to price, he asked me what price I needed so I would buy from Fairfax Hyundai and not continue shopping around the area. When I gave him that bottom line price, he brought it to his manager immediately, and he met my bottom line price. I also appreciated the lifetime oil change and state inspections as part of the purchase. The gentleman and lady who helped me complete the paperwork and take care of my trade in were also excellent to work with. I was in and out of the dealership quite quickly. More

Overall Ok I went there only to see cars (not thinking of buying). I had test drives of two cars. Manager was on the counter. sales representative Tom Kim was v I went there only to see cars (not thinking of buying). I had test drives of two cars. Manager was on the counter. sales representative Tom Kim was very helpful and the mgr, Lio was very prompt and quick to offer best price. He was not pushhing at all. Accountant’s service was very poor and made frquent mistakes on paperwork (interest rates, terms, fees, discount etc.) but every mistakes were to make me pay more... so hopefully was not intentional. Thereofe on overall I think dealer desserves 4 stars. More

This place doesn’t care about their customers. I know Fairfax Hyundai doesn’t care about my feedback, but I want to get my word out to help others! So I got my very first car check up for my very f I know Fairfax Hyundai doesn’t care about my feedback, but I want to get my word out to help others! So I got my very first car check up for my very first brand new car that I bought with you guys and then I got scammed. Miguel, the service guy who helped me, basically scammed me into getting like $140 7500 mile car service check up which I thought was free along with my lifetime of free oil changes. But he did not bother telling me how much it cost and just took advantage of me. Now one will answer my dad and my phone calls in the service department. Rickie Bush is also terrible. He’s an awful service manager. I don’t get how you guys live a good life like this scamming people and not even wanting to help people. But I guess that’s why people like that go into the car industry. More

Great Service by Thomas Kim Spent all morning finding the right car on Fairfax Hyundai's web site. Filled out all the prerequisite forms. Did not help much. Had to spend a long time turning down extra insurance (extended service contract) which jacks up the monthly payment. Finally got the price and payment down close to what I had on line. We really are first-time Hyundai customers so we had high expectations of the customer service, maintenance and warranty, and vehicle driving quality, and were satisfied with the final purchase and financing.
