At 5:45 AM I was driving on route three north between Weymouth and Quincy and hit a piece of metal in the road which lacerated my tire. I waited in the parking lot until your doors opened at 7 AM and was greeted by Tom who gave me an empathetic look And got to work to determine whether you had a replacement tire. With luck on my side you actually had one in stock and within an hour and a half I was back on the road. Tom was friendly professional and certainly is a good example of the service excellence that I am a custom to at your dealership. My thanks to Tom for his kind approach to my unexpected travel delay and cost of new tire. More
