I intentionally scheduled and was the first car in line on a Saturday Morning Service Call to change my vehicle's Oil/Filter. After arriving, getting my vehicle registered, then seating in the Toyota Sh on a Saturday Morning Service Call to change my vehicle's Oil/Filter. After arriving, getting my vehicle registered, then seating in the Toyota Show Room waiting room, I had notice three other customers whom were behind me at check-in time, they were serviced before my vehicle was fully serviced. One of those individuals behind me had received the same standard Oil Change similar to my vehicle. My frustration became when I seen other customers who were clearly behind me on the AM Schedule and Physically behind me at check-in time, why were other customers serviced ahead of my vehicle. I believe that Toyota Service needs to pay closer attention to the perception that the customer is seeing when time is important to all customers. More
