I returned to the Acura dealership today to purchase a new car. Mr. Thomas, the sales consultant, greeted us with a smile. He had even prepared all the paperwork in advance to save me time at the dealership, only for me to change my mind over the weekend. Upon meeting today, he patiently explained the performance and value of various models and took my child and me out for test drives. We ultimately selected a car we were happy with, and thanks to his efficiency, he coordinated and finalized all the necessary paperwork in record time. It has been eight years since I first bought a car from him in the autumn of 2018, and all four purchasing experiences have been excellent. He always puts the customer first and is quick to resolve any issues I have regarding my vehicle. Knowing that my English isn't strong, he translates and explains the various letters and emails I receive about the car. I am deeply grateful to him.
