ZP - Sales Experience with Thomas Ng at Paragon Acura My current lease was coming to an end so I shopped around at other dealerships for competitive deal options. Acura has been one of my favorite makes. My current lease was coming to an end so I shopped around at other dealerships for competitive deal options. Acura has been one of my favorite makes. I decided to go along with the RDX. My salesman, Thomas Ng, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After a bit of negotiation, he was able to meet me with an excellent lease program. The day after the transaction, he followed up with me to see how the car was running. I liked the fact that he paid attention to detail. My previous experiences at other dealership have not been very pleasant. Overall I would recommend Thomas to my family and friends if they ever are in the market for an Acura. More

Will come back again! Acura MDX from Paragon Acura is my first car in my new family. I have done hours of research on this car and decided to go to Paragon. The entire expe Acura MDX from Paragon Acura is my first car in my new family. I have done hours of research on this car and decided to go to Paragon. The entire experience was very pleasant. After the demo and a thorough explanation from Mr. Ng and his associates, the MDX looks even more attractive in real life. The time from meeting with Mr. Ng for sales and walking out of the door with a purchase contract was less than 2 hours, which was full of healthy negotiations and many accommodations. The staff all appeared to be very professional. Expect some wait time as this place is always busy! The experience is great and I would definitely see myself coming back again for another Acura car. More

Awesomeness!! I always wanted an Acura MDX! This was my first time shopping for a car. I had already did some research and was advised by family and friends as to h I always wanted an Acura MDX! This was my first time shopping for a car. I had already did some research and was advised by family and friends as to how to go about it. I walked in and everyone seem very friendly. The receptionist quickly helped me as she finished with another customer and introduced me to Thomas Ng! A very pleasant gentlemen! I was very straight forward with what I was interested in and my budget. I did not want to waste his time nor mine. Thomas made me very happy on the deal and worked well with me. He had patience and very informative. I was very happy and pleased with my purchase. I would of loved to meet the manager to make a better deal, but I think I got a good. I totally recommend Thomas Ng! I look forward to do business with him once my lease is up. I ended up taking the RDX! And I must say its a nice ride :) More

Thomas gave me choices and options and he was definitely about hi business. More importantly he was able to keep both sides happy. I leased out Acura tlx. As a customer I shopped everywhere to get the best prices. Whatever price I was most comfortable with Thomas Ng made it hAppen. Thomas made sure that I was the happiest person walking out the dealership. If I were to buy another car I would definitely go to Thomas Ng or recommend him to all my friends and family. This guy surely is the man. If you want great service and someone who is patient with all your needs Thomas is the man to see at paragon Acura. More

Because i am quite busy in the office, Thoma My salesperson, Thomas Ng, made the lease of my 2015 Acura MDX a very pleasant and efficient experience. Because i am quite busy in the office, Thomas handled the terms of the lease over the phone and by email, and when i arrived at the dealership the next day, I was able to finalize the lease in very short time and drive away with my new MDX. Thomas really appreciated my time constraints and worked hard to ensure that lease got done with little effort on my end. Thomas has also been very responsive in answering any questions I've had since picking up the vehicle and has also regularly followed up to make sure we are enjoying the car. Hector B. . More

all car purchases should be this easy! we found the car we wanted online from Paragon. The price was a big savings over what we were quoted from our local dealer for a similar car, so we dr we found the car we wanted online from Paragon. The price was a big savings over what we were quoted from our local dealer for a similar car, so we drove 4 hours on a saturday morning to Paragon. Thomas Ng had the car waiting for us and all the paperwork prepared. We completed the deal in an hour. He then took the car and had it washed and topped off. Our total time at Paragon was 2 hours. Very much worth the trip. Shawn assisted with explaining all the technical capabilities of sound, navigation, and other electronics. Thomas Ng and Shawn are a great team to work with. This was a no stress transaction. More
