Thomas Ng had the car waiting for us and all the paperwork prepared. We completed the deal in an hour. He then took the car and had it washed and topped off. Our total time at Paragon was 2 hours. Very much worth the trip. Shawn assisted with explaining all the technical capabilities of sound, navigation, and other electronics. Thomas Ng and Shawn are a great team to work with. Also, they put extra money in my contract which they didn't go over and didn't tell me that is a contract. When I go back to them just want to fix the problem, there is no way for me to talk about because I already sign the contract. More
