I would like to thank Thomas Pottenburgh and his team for making the entire process of purchasing my 2023 Sequoia Limited smooth and easy. We handled almost everything over the phone since I am from NYC. So making the entire process of purchasing my 2023 Sequoia Limited smooth and easy. We had not intended on picking up a new 4Runner when we did. It was going to be a test drive only. However, Tom Pottenburgh made the whole experience so seamless that before we knew it we were driving th did. It was going to be a test drive only.
