Drop In Repair Drove in without an appointment first thing on Monday morning. As usual, I was promptly greeted by the service front end team and had my problems rev Drove in without an appointment first thing on Monday morning. As usual, I was promptly greeted by the service front end team and had my problems reviewed by the excellent service manager, Tom, within a few minutes of arriving. I was given a courtesy vehicle to use, which was a 2018 Lexus with less than 5000 miles on it. Received a call from Tom before noon, with a full diagnosis of what needed to be repaired, and an accurate estimate of what it would cost. Repairs were performed within the agreed price estimate, and pick up was smooth. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because, of course, dealer service is quite expensive. More
