Thomas Stinson was an excellent representative of Dorsch! This was our first time coming in for service at Dorsch and Thomas Stinson made us feel very special. His helpfulness and attitude were a definite 100%. He was right there as we got out of the car, greeted us, answered a question about the car my husband asked, ushered us to the desk and walked us through the whole process with price, time, etc. Answered all our questions professionally and in a friendly way.
