Their massive indoor showroom made for such a better experience than standing out in the radiating sun on a hot summer day, especially while 7 months pregnant. Also, their straightforward pricing structure we didn't end up spending hours of our time in negotiations over the price. We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend the car, the dealer, and our sales rep to anyone who asks. More

Very friendly, great knowledge, answered all questions, but best of all he was not pushy. If you want a great car and have a great experience working with the dealership, then we highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru. Everyone we talked to there was very friendly and helpful. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy a car. We also really like having one main point of contact with Tom. I am sure the other sales associates are great, but I would highly recommend you ask for Tom when you walk in the door. More

We met him at the door and never before had the pleasure to deal with a Guest Advocate that was so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of a car. He never tried to convince us to buy a car from him while we were in his presence. He assisted us, when we needed assistance, but we really never felt any pressure and had the feeling that we were able to make all the decision ourselves after considering everything in a calm way. We do recommend Tom for the purchase of a car. More

Excellent Customer Service We came in to Wilsonville Subaru after having already shopped around. Specifically looking for a late model Outback with low miles, a few of which we We came in to Wilsonville Subaru after having already shopped around. Specifically looking for a late model Outback with low miles, a few of which we had already found their website. We met Tom Tyson who greeted us in the certified preowned area and directed us to the three vehicles we'd selected online. From the very beginning, we were impressed with Tom's approach. He gave us 'just the facts' and answered all our questions as well as the pros and cons of each specific vehicle. We took a test drive and he carefully explained the (extensive) electronic features. We finally chose a 2019 Outback. It was newer and fewer miles than what we had originally decided upon---and more $$ of course. Throughout the whole time we were at the dealership, Tom was kind, funny, open and forthcoming. We really enjoyed meeting him; he seemed genuinely interested in us, not just what we were purchasing. We came back the next day to conclude the deal and bring in the vehicle were were giving in trade. Smooth and effortless a transaction as we've ever had in purchasing a car. Everyone we met at Wilsonville Subaru were very pleasant and friendly. Kudos to Tom Tyson for a great experience! More

On 6/29/2019 me and my fiance went to Lithia Subaru and it was the biggest mistake we have made the sales team at Lithia had no customer service when On 6/29/2019 me and my fiance went to Lithia Subaru and it was the biggest mistake we have made the sales team at Lithia had no customer service when we sat down to look at numbers they ran my credit 6 different times to tell me i need to put 18k down on a 2019 Subaru outback if i wanted a chance on getting into one i was upset they ran my credit so many times and didnt even check with my bank who is chase bank the Lithia salesmen never even came back with numbers just his jacket zipped up saying i just cant afford any model car they have, so i went to Wilsonville Subaru and i was linked up with Jacob Crosby and Ty Bryant who was just over seeing the deal but i do have to say Jacob made me and my fiance feel valued he found us the same car that Lithia was showing us and he worked hard to get the deal to work in fact i dont think i have ever seen a car salesmen work so hard for their client he was able to work the most perfect deal and i was absolutely blown away at what Jacob was able to work out in fact im still blown away and cant believe it Jacob is professional and most of all he knows all about customer service you guys have made 2 life time customers because of the work Jacob did for us and i will be referring anyone and everyone to him that is looking for a new or used car. I also have to give a shout out to Thomas Tyson my fiance and i are expecting twins we have a 1 and a half year old already but when he heard that he started telling us about his twins and thats the first time her and i have met someone who had twins and he gave us his card telling us we can call him if we need advice or anything like that and that to us meant the whole world we truly felt like we were almost in a family it dose not feel like a car dealership it feels more like friends helping friends or even family helping family and that's priceless. More
