I was there almost 4 hours waiting on a oil change service. They ended up not charging me but I still lost 4 hours of my day. I drove three hour to get there early. I told them my steering wheel lock service. They ended up not charging me but I still lost 4 hours of my day. I drove three hour to get there early. I told them my steering wheel lock was coding out and the service advisor told me it was ok to drive and to schedule another time to leave the truck for 10 to 14 days, what? My time meant nothing to them. I want a new chevy truck but not now. Might be leaning toward Dodge or Toyota. They are all probably the same. Gone are the days of good customer service. More
