Your people did a good job but when you make an appointment you don't expect to be there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My service consultant, Tiffany Carranza, goes above and beyond my expectations. She tells me what service will be performed, explains in detail what was done, what needs added attention, answers my questio beyond my expectations. She tells me what service will be performed, explains in detail what was done, what needs added attention, answers my questions in detail, and even goes so far as to complement me for keeping my vehicle in top condition. She then explains the bill which I am most happy to pay and returns my keys with a newly installed remote battery. I then go to my vehicle which is parked at the exit door only to find it sparkling, even the windows. Wow wow! I only wish your sales and business departments of some seven (7) years ago put their focus on the best interests of the customer when I purchased my Genesis. Thanks for employing staff like Tiffany. They make my day!!! More
