I came in to have my 2022 Tucson serviced for the first time. I was very concerned about not being able to unlock the doors from the back seat. I had called your dealership a couple of weeks ago and talked time. I was very concerned about not being able to unlock the doors from the back seat. I had called your dealership a couple of weeks ago and talked to someone in your sales department, and got no good answer other than that’s the way their built no, which sounded ridiculous to me. When I came in for service I talked to Tiffany, my service rep. She went out of her way to find out how or why this situation was occurring. She got into the back seat and eventually found that you had to pull the door handle twice to open the door. More

I love the service department, especially Tiffany! I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and are not trying to force me into additional services! Excellent! The only problem was I requested they NOT wash my vehicle but they did anyway... I also requested that while waiting for the vehicle service I would not be harassed by a sales person like the previous servic but they did anyway... I also requested that while waiting for the vehicle service I would not be harassed by a sales person like the previous service where he wouldn't take NO for a reason on not buying a new car... I felt like the dealership has a captive customer while service work is being done and I advised service if it happen again I was going to talk with the GM, so being proactive I didn't have that bad experience again... More
