But, as is typical with every experience I've had with the maintenance department, it was most enjoyable. From scheduling the appointment to having the work completed, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and appeared to be genuinely concerned with "getting it right" and ensuring that I was satisfied with the work that was done. In particular, Tiffany kept me appraised of the status of the job, recommended that I keep an eye on a couple of things that might need to be looked at during my next scheduled maintenance and informed me when the vehicle was ready for pick up. I continue to be impressed with Sanders Ford, their management, their sales staff and their maintenance department and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. More
