We're sorry to hear about your experience and hopefully we will be able to clarify. Greg May Honda has been in business since 1995 and at no time have we ever offered a lifetime warranty. It's possible that you were scammed by a third party company who contacted you by mail or phone and misrepresented themselves as being associated with Greg May Honda, or American Honda Motor Company. We keep both digital and paper records of all of our extended service agreements so they can be referred to when needed, but at no time have offered a lifetime warranty.

As stated, Greg May Honda has never offered a "lifetime" warranty, and on August 15, 2013, you purchased a 6 year or 100,000 mile warranty. Due to time your warranty expired on August 15, 2019. Your warranty was located in our archives, where they are stored once they have expired.
