Very pleasant experience After an unpleasant experience at another Hyundai dealer, I went to Piazza to discuss buying or leasing a new Tucson. What a difference. They did not waste my time, were very professional and made the experience enjoyable. I would happily recommend Piazza Hyundai to anyone searching for a vehicle. More

The Best All I can say is WOW, Tiffany is by far the best Sales Consultant I have ever had the pleasure to work with for purchasing a vehicle. The Management i All I can say is WOW, Tiffany is by far the best Sales Consultant I have ever had the pleasure to work with for purchasing a vehicle. The Management is very accommodating and I have no doubt that the entire organization is top notch. In any good business, Management is accountable making sure the staff are doing their best for the customer, I call this Top Down Leadership, Tiffany went out of her way to make sure I understood everything about my new Genesis. I came out of a 745i BMW, the technology and performance and luxury of my new Genesis in my opinion truly says to the German Car Manufactures, move over there is a new player in town. This weekend my son needed a car, I did not shop or go to any other dealer, Friday I simply called Tiffany, explained my concern and budget constraints, Saturday AM my son picked up his new car, fully detailed with a full tank of gas. When he got home he told me Tiffany spent well over an hour reviewing every feature of the car with him, she gave him her card and told him if he needed assistance or help with anything or forgot anything she went over to please call her so she could be of assistance. This is Customer Service at its best and why I will always go to Piazza Hyundai for any vehicle I need again. Elisa is the Finance Manager at Piazza Hyundai, she is so accommodating as well. Not only does she make you feel like you are not just a customer, she specifically makes you feel like you are now part of the Piazza family. She takes the time to make sure you understand all those long forms and explains them in detail so you are very comfortable signing the buyers order and finance agreements. Folks, all I can say is if you want a vehicle with the latest technology, a warranty that speaks for itself, and Customer Service that will far exceed your expectation, do yourself a favor and make Piazza Hyundai your first and only stop, I promise you that it will not be a waist of your time and your car buying experience will be unlike any other you have had at Piazza Hyundai. This dealership will earn not only your respect but if you give them the chance by stopping in they will do what it takes to earn your business and make you part of their family. Lastly I forgot to mention, I wanted mudflaps and the Genesis logo put on the back trunk lid instead of the Hyundai logo, the service dept sent me an email to remind me of my upcoming appoitment in case I needed to reschedule, they offered me a loaner which I declined as I figured I would simply wait for the service to be completed. As I was waiting my doctors office called me as I had forgot I had an appointment with to review some tests, The dealership drove me to my doctors office as a courtesy and made sure I got back to the dealership to pickup my vehicle when I was ready to go back and get my Genesis. Talk about a last minute response to my tardyness in forgetting about my appointment. When I got back to the dealership, not only was my car fully detailed inside and out, the Service Adviser said he had hoped everything went well with my appointment. As I stated earlier, Customer Service at its finest and truly part of a family. Many thanks to each employee of Piazza Hyundai and I truly appreciate all that your team has done for me and my family. She had the car ready for us when we scheduled a drive and handed the sale over to Tiffany who was very easy to talk with and very professional. She handled all of the paperwork with ease and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

GREAT SALES PERSON/ TOOK TOO LONG TO COMPLETE PURCHASE 5 HRS I purchased a Genesis and so far I love the car. The salesperson Tiffany was a GREAT!!!! I traded in my Audi and was a little skeptical of what the I purchased a Genesis and so far I love the car. The salesperson Tiffany was a GREAT!!!! I traded in my Audi and was a little skeptical of what the experience would be like at Hyundai. The purchasing experience from Audi was nothing less than great. However I wanted to try something different and loved the look of the Genesis. The challenge that I had was…I had an appointment with Tiffany at 3:00 pm and I didn’t leave the dealership until 8:45. I don’t know about you but 5 hours to by a car is very excessive. The Finance person and Tiffany both apologized and let me know that one of the sales managers had gone home…which caused a delay in providing buying customers with timely service. Some customers actually left and decided to come back the next day to finish their purchase. With all that said…I still love my car so far and would recommend the Genesis. However, I would still have to say that the buying experience I received as it relates to timely purchasing from both Audi and Land Rover was 10 times better. I would expect a customer who spends $50k or $25k on a car would get a little better service and that there would be a contingency plan in place to address anomalies in staffing. More

Great experience! I came to the dealership on a Friday in early May of 2014 with no intention of buying a car. Tiffany immediately came out and greeted me and seemed genuinely interested in learning about me. It's safe to say that we talked about everything but cars for about 15 minutes which made me feel extremely comfortable. I was looking at a Tucson because I wanted something small and in all-wheel drive. She had me drive a new one as well as a Santa Fe Sport since I expressed interest in that as well. I told her that I wanted a car with some more features (auto headlights, fog lights, etc) and she showed me a used 2013 that fit me perfectly in the color that I love -white! I am definitely surprised at the ease of buying this car. I've experienced many negative sales consultants in the past and she really left a lasting impression on me. There was no uncomfortable pressure which put me at ease. I ended up getting exactly the price I wanted to pay! I tell everyone that I know where I got my car and who they should ask for. She truly is a wonderful person and a pleasure to work with. I definitely hope she is still around when I decide to get another one down the road! More

I have never liked shopping for a new car and have had several bad experiences. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tiffany. She did not waste my time with things I did not want and was very accommodating with the things I did want. I found two cars in my search I was extremely interested in...the Hyundai Elantra and a KIa model. The cars had similar advantages and price tags. A big consideration when making my choice of the Hyundai was the experience with Tiffany. More

I bought out the lease on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS and the purchase process was flawless. Both Tiffany (sales) and Lisa (business) exceeded my expectations. I had just washed/cleaned the car the night be the purchase process was flawless. Both Tiffany (sales) and Lisa (business) exceeded my expectations. I had just washed/cleaned the car the night before because I had not made the final decision to purchase or lease a new Sonata, yet the car got another wash - interior cleaning before I left. Interesting that my daughter just leased a Toyota Rav4 and when we picked it up following it's first service, it hadn't been washed. The service rep told me thet don't have a car wash. I asked whether they had a water outlet and a hose. He just walked away. It's the little things that have the biggest impact. I am a happy Hyundai customer waiting for my a lottery win so I can buy a Genesis R-Spec. But for now, my Sonata works just fine:) More
