This is a great place to buy a vehicle! During my first visit to Piazza Hyundai, I never felt pressured to buy a car right away, which I appreciated. Tiffany was an amazing saleswoman. She was very friendly and knew everything about the Elantra GT. She asked me plenty of questions too, to make sure I was choosing the car that was right for me. Whenever I contacted her, she would always get back to me right away. When I was having issues with my insurance company, she went above and beyond to get the problem resolved, which I was extremely thankful for. My parents will soon be looking for a new car as well and would love to work with Tiffany again. Overall I was very happy with my experience here! More

I came in to buy a new car and fell in love with an Elantra! The salesman was fairly new and did not know the answers to most of the questions that we asked and struggled to find the correct answers. The most frustrating part of the entire ordeal was when I was asked to come in to pick up my car was also the time that the paperwork was handed in to approve the sale. I was told that it was all taken care of but it wasn't even started at that point. Unfortunately the paperwork that I was told to bring by the salesman was not sufficient enough to let me take the car that night. It was disappointing to see this avoidable situation unfold. If I hadn't fell in love with the car I would have walked away from the deal. So I waited to hear if I was approved the next day and was able to pick up the car that next night. I had no issues that next day and the salesman that I worked with that afternoon, Tiffany, was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was appreciative of that and it made the whole ordeal a much better one in the end. I absolutely love my new Elantra! And would recommend Hyundai to anyone, but next time I would ask for a more experienced salesman to at the very least oversee the transaction. More

Went in for an oil change on my 2011 sonata gls and ended up trading in and buying a 2013 se turbo. This is the car I wanted my old one to be but couldn't pass up the 2011 price. Buying a car, whether new or used, is always stressful, and even more so if you are a woman. I went armed with information about the value of my trade-in and the value of the used car I wanted to purchase and even more so if you are a woman. From the first phone call I made to the internet sales representative I was very impressed with the level of friendliness and courtesy. That first contact was what motivated me to go up to Piazza and talk to a sales person. Tiffany was terrific -- patient, knowledgeable, and very positive. She made me feel comfortable through the whole process and seemed to be genuinely committed to making sure that I was in the right vehicle for me. I haven't yet experienced a service appointment at Piazza, but anticipate having the same positive experience when that time comes. More
