I got there and didnt see nina, I saw a few salesmen but the main salesman was Cody who did a test drive with me in a dodge journey. I loved the car. They wanted to give me a 1/4 of what my car was worth KBB trade in vlue for my car, I didnt bring money to put down and my credit was so so, not bad just so so. I waited 2 hrs to see fianance, Tiffany, and she had 2 people ahead of me. The salesman told me that I should leave because it was unknown if I would be seen and the bank already closed. They would call me before noon next day. Next day came, got no call. I called and asked Tiffany whats going on. She told me my stuff was on her desk and she didnt get to it because she was helping other people who came after me. I waited again. Weds came, no call. I call cody the salesman who said he wasnt in the office but would talk to tiffany and get back to me. Thursday came, again no call. I wrote my bad experience on a google review and emailed the people at Piazza Im not doing business with them. Immediately I get a call. They increased my trade value to $800 but eventho my credit wasnt bad, the bank they wanted me with (they work with 17 banks) wanted me to pay $500 per month 72 months for a $13,452 car!!! Do the math! Thats more than double of the car and its used not new!!! Cody said he would work on getting me something cheaper. Here we are Saturday 8/12/2017. Still no call, no progress, no nothing on a vehicle. I emailed the salesman to inform him I went with Audi/ Porsche servicing center on industrial rd/ ridge pike in conshohocken, whom in approx. 5 mins got me a approved for a afforable vehicle and within 3 hrs I drove away in a brand new vehicle for my family. Great Buying Experience At Piazza Hyundai Originally we began looking at Sonata models since getting in and out of our Santa Fe was becoming more difficult for my wife. As we were looking at p Originally we began looking at Sonata models since getting in and out of our Santa Fe was becoming more difficult for my wife. As we were looking at previously owned Sonatas, Sales Representative Joe Finio approached us, introduced himself and asked could he help. He brought the car we were looking at around so that we could better view it, get into the car and discuss its attributes. After discussing cost and monthly payments and with Joe understanding our reasoning for this purchase suggested my wife consider looking at a new Elantra rather than used Sonata models. As it turns out we decided on an Elantra lease arrangement that will keep our monthly payments at a lower amount than if we were to purchase a vehicle. My wife took a test drive in the Elantra and was completely satisfied with the ease of entry, exit, visibility as well as the handling of the car out on the road. Joe Finio was outstanding in explaining many of the features and options in the Elantra. We are very happy with the service we were provided at Piazza Hyundai as well as the lease price we were given. This is our third Hyundai vehicle, our second from Piazza Hyundai, and no problems with any of them. Our first Hyundai was a 2003 Sonata which our granddaughter has been driving in Colorado for over a year. More

Other members were also helpful helping to completely understand the calculations in the leasing agreement , in that this was the first time I had used a leasing arrangement. This dealership has always been first class, (unlike at least one other Hyundai dealer , Colonial Hyundai in Downingtown, where I would be hard pressed to give them a 1. Unfortunately that dealership engages in deceptive sales practices, unethical , unprofessional tactics where they try to sign you up to services you neither want or need.) Not so with Piazza Hyundai, who are professional throughout. More
