Communication and belief that the dealership has the customers best interest in mind has been thrown out the door. And when the service manager asked if I was being taken care of, I said not really and customers best interest in mind has been thrown out the door. I have had a recall on my truck for 2 years and recently was told that I was number 3 on the list and should be receiving a call within the week. After waiting 6 weeks, I stopped back by the dealership and was told I would be called the following Monday. Never happened. I went back by the dealership that Thursday and had to get a little aggressive and miraculously was scheduled for the following week to get the recall handled. Don't hand the customer excuses of why something is not being handled. We don't care that the dealership was bought out. If you tell us we have to be on a list for parts, put us on the list and communicate, communicate, communicate. More
