We spent quite a bit of time working through the numbers, and he genuinely went above and beyond to get the deal to a place I was comfortable with. There was never any unnecessary pressure or games, and communication throughout the process was excellent. I ultimately decided not to purchase the RS3 after the test drive and taking some time afterward to think about whether the car was the right fit for me. That decision had absolutely nothing to do with Tim, the deal, or the dealership—in fact, they did everything they could to earn my business. What really stood out was that Tim was even willing to come in on his day off to help me finish the purchase. I ended up changing my mind that evening, and I felt terrible knowing how much time and effort he had already put into working with me. Even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, I still wanted to take the time to leave this review because great customer service deserves to be recognized regardless of whether a sale ultimately happens. If you're shopping at Audi Fort Lauderdale, I would absolutely recommend asking for Tim. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely great to work with.
