This was my first time servicing my Audi since purchasing it, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge he provided throughout the entire process. David took the time to thoroughly review the vehicle, look into the prior services completed, and determine what maintenance or inspections may currently be needed. He made sure the car received a thorough inspection and kept me informed throughout the process. After the inspection was completed, he personally called me to explain everything that was found in a clear and professional manner, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was how attentive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented he was. He did not make the experience feel rushed or transactional. Instead, he made it feel like he genuinely cared about making sure the vehicle was properly taken care of and that I fully understood everything regarding the service. I was extremely satisfied with David’s service and professionalism, and moving forward I will specifically look for him as my service advisor.
