Since our first time at this location my Wife and I have remarked at how well it’s been run, and the quality of the interactions. This is not relegated to the greeter or salesmen (Timothy) but also the finance department (Maurice), the service center (Nicole) and those who answer the phones. We live ten minutes away from Audi North Miami and our experience with them has been so horrific that we drive the 45 minute to Ft. Lauderdale to go to this location because of how much better it is. We’ve driven Audis for 20 years and as I continue to do so it will be this dealership that I frequent and recommend - full stop. More
