"Tim" responded promptly and courteously with pics, an excellent video and answers to our many questions by phone. We drove 4 hours one way to get to the dealership and we weren't disappointed. We found a beautiful showroom, in a beautiful city and a beautiful car. Tim met us with a smile, then led us through a pleasant, streamlined purchasing experience.
