Easy purchasing but, watch out once they have sold you a car! Some service members use shady tactics to sell you what you dont need and, when attempting to buy my lease, they would not work with my lender a car! Some service members use shady tactics to sell you what you dont need and, when attempting to buy my lease, they would not work with my lender and wasted my time over a 2 week period. I made a 9:00 am appointment (“Don’t worry-we will get you in and out easy 15 min”) which turned into an hour and a half of no progress. They texted and emIled me 3-4 times a week 3 months before my lease was up and harrassed me after I told them I wasnt leasing another car. I ended up going to another Audi dealership and they were courteous and easy to work with. I recommended this dealership to 2 friends who purchased cars from here and they are also very disgusted with Audi Fort Lauderdale. I DO NOT recommend this dealership. More
