I worked with both Tim Alexander (sales) and James Phillip (finance) to buy 2 Q8s in one month since I totaled my first one. I was blown away by the experience both times. Tim truly went above and bey Phillip (finance) to buy 2 Q8s in one month since I totaled my first one. I was blown away by the experience both times. Tim truly went above and beyond to help find me a second car and James made the whole financing process simple. Almost everyone was very cordial and nice.
