Our total time at the dealership was 3 hours but would have been shorter if we decided on which vehicle to lease sooner. Our decision was a 2024 Toyota RAV4, XLE with AWD. I am a daily coffee drinker and Beaver Toyota serves the best coffee that I’ve ever tasted. Our entire experience was awesome and we look forward to future service visits and more vehicles purchases. Took my tundra in for the first 5k service. Service department employees were very polite and got me through the process easily. The reason I gave 4 stars is I learned upon dropping my truck off that 5 department employees were very polite and got me through the process easily. The reason I gave 4 stars is I learned upon dropping my truck off that 5k service does not include oil change. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for a tire rotation and inspection? Other than that it was a good experience. More
