I have been a loyal GM customer for 65 years. My family has over 200 years of working at several assembly centers. This is the first time I ever had catastrophic issues with the engine and tran My family has over 200 years of working at several assembly centers. This is the first time I ever had catastrophic issues with the engine and transmission. It took about 8 weeks to complete the repairs. Then the a/c didn't work because it needed to be recharged. I feel this dealership needs to be upgraded. The parking was very cramped and the showroom and service center is old and outdated. Dave, the service manager, was very rude to me. He talked down to me like was an uninformed, dumb woman. Not good!! Tim and Kaitlin were courteous and respectful. More

Tim Bacon wrote the service order correctly. The service tech or someone in the department did not follow through. I stated to let me know if anything needed attention since the vehicle is comin The service tech or someone in the department did not follow through. I stated to let me know if anything needed attention since the vehicle is coming up on 40,000 miles. I was told everything was fine. After I was home almost an hour later I received a text/email stating there were 8 issues that needed attention. Why was I not told that while I was still at the dealership so I could have taken care of them. Now I have to make another appointment and bring my vehicle back in and spend more time sitting there. I was also surprised to find out if I wanted to use my GM CREDIT CARD I would need to pay an additional 3%. More
