This is our second vehicle from Tim. We continue to go back because of his friendliness and extensive knowledge base. Tim did an excellent job providing us with the vehicle we were looking for (and we had back because of his friendliness and extensive knowledge base. Tim did an excellent job providing us with the vehicle we were looking for (and we had a lot of demands) at a price we could afford. My husband and I had a great conversation with him while we waited for paperwork. Tim went above and beyond, when he helped me set up my blue-tooth and showed us all the safety and technical features of our new car. Most importantly, I never once felt pressured to buy. We went on the intranet to search for the vehicle we were looking for. Found the 2004 Ford Ranger we purchased at the Cedarville Dealership. We were truly amazed at the inventory at a dealership in such a looking for. Found the 2004 Ford Ranger we purchased at the Cedarville Dealership. We were truly amazed at the inventory at a dealership in such a small community. We had never dealt with this dealership before or any of the employees. We were 100% satisfied. Tim Border was very friendly and honest. He did not put any last minute pressures on us to purchase the vehicle as some other dealerships did. We were looking to replace our 2004 Mercury Mountaineer but really didn't know what we were looking for. Tim was great in that when we showed up on the lot he introduced himself and let us just look around but really didn't know what we were looking for. We have a large family of 8 and were looking for a 12 passenger van. I found the dealership online as they had several vans. 2 in partticular sounded like they might be good and at a price that was fair. passenger van. We live about 2 hours away from the dealership but after several helpful phone conversations with Tim Borders and setting up an appointment that worked for us we drove down to Cedarville. We met Tim and looked over the van we were most interested in. Another newer van caught our attention and we waivered between the 2 vehicles. Tim patiently worked with us and tried to help with providing info as much as he could. We settled on the 2nd van, then offered our car on trade. We made a good deal and they were very good and not high pressure in the deal. We would recommend Tim as a salesman and the dealership in their selection as well. I wish they were closer to Milwaukee however. More

My husband and I came to JH Barkau to look at the fleet of 12/15 passenger vans on the lot. I had done most of the research already by finding the vehicles available, pricing, car fax reports, etc. The mai of 12/15 passenger vans on the lot. I had done most of the research already by finding the vehicles available, pricing, car fax reports, etc. The main goal was to TEST DRIVE the vehicle and Tim approached us immediately upon our arrival with a smile on his face. We explained we came to look for a few vans to test drive for our large family. He gave us time to look and when we had found 1 or 2 that we were interested, he helped us get to test driving and taking care of any questions we had. He also took care of our kids by suggesting that they come into the dealership to have them play while we discuss the pricing of the vehicles. What a guy! He even gave them some gatorade, salt water taffy, and suckers. Nothing like keeping the kids happy. Tim was very patient with us as we spoke to our banker and at the end of the day, we completed the sale of our 12 passenger family van with the help of Tim's answers we had on the vehicle and friendly support. Thanks Tim for a nice and smooth experience. More

When I walked in the door at Barkau of Cedarville, I already knew what vehicle I was looking for...I was looking for the right sales person. A sales person who I could feel comfortable dealing with, on already knew what vehicle I was looking for...I was looking for the right sales person. A sales person who I could feel comfortable dealing with, one that would listen with respect to my needs and concerns, someone I felt I could trust. I found that in Tim - he makes the entire process of choosing and purchasing a vehicle feel like you are dealing with family. I had already walked away from a similar vehicle at a dealership closer to home because of the callous treatment I had received from one of their salesmen. Tim listened and understood my personal vehicle needs and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose. He completely surprised me by thoroughly explaining every knob and button on the dash - I thought I would have to drive away and learn everything by trial and error. Thank you Tim! More

I called on the phone to see if they had this truck. Then I had told them that I would be in the next day to look at it. I gave them my name and what I was looking to trade in. The next day I showed up and T I had told them that I would be in the next day to look at it. I gave them my name and what I was looking to trade in. The next day I showed up and Tim came out and greeted me as I was looking at the truck. He knew who I was and showed me the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about it. We went in and discussed numbers that could work for me and them. He was extremely nice to my children and made them feel as they were apart of the buying process. There was no pressure. worked out a deal and had me out the door with my Ford f250 truck in no time. I will be back to see Tim when another car is needed.
