In October 2025 I bought a 2025 Chevrolette Corvette from BMW of Arlington. It was over $80K. They showered me with love during the sales process but after closing it was a different story. As you know, TT&L BMW of Arlington. It was over $80K. They showered me with love during the sales process but after closing it was a different story. As you know, TT&L expense is mandatory. You would expect that a dealer would be able to do this in their sleep. Not so with this dealership. I live in Denton county and require License plates from Denton County. This dealership got Collin County plates. I asked for the correct plates but they said that, for whatever reason, they were unable to get the correct plates but I could get them if I wanted to try. I copied Tim Branch, General Manager, on all my communications with their sales team. This is the same Tim Branch that emailed me, at the beginning of the sales process, touting how pleased he was that I was considering them for a car. and to contact him if I ever needed help. Well, I asked for help on 12/13/2025 via email, and phone mail, and got crichets. No response, no explanation, nothing. See how the love is once you buy from them? I now have a car with illegal plates and stuck with figuring out how to make this legal. I would recommend that you consider other car dealerships if you want to ensure being treated fairly. More

Complete dumpster fire of an organization. After the deal was done I provided feedback about some areas of the entire process I was disappointed with. I wrote an email to the dealership and called and left messages about their issues and got no response. More

Best service yet! My car was picked up and serviced at. BMW of Arlington, left me with a brand new electric BMW to drive . I had an oil change brake fluid changed and My car was picked up and serviced at. BMW of Arlington, left me with a brand new electric BMW to drive . I had an oil change brake fluid changed and a set of back brakes put on.. Very happy with how they text me every step of the way including when they left and when they would arrive. My service person Vovann Vun was on top of everything to make sure I was happy. Thanks to the staff for making this happen without any stress! More
