Best service yet! My car was picked up and serviced at. BMW of Arlington, left me with a brand new electric BMW to drive . I had an oil change brake fluid changed and My car was picked up and serviced at. BMW of Arlington, left me with a brand new electric BMW to drive . I had an oil change brake fluid changed and a set of back brakes put on.. Very happy with how they text me every step of the way including when they left and when they would arrive. My service person Vovann Vun was on top of everything to make sure I was happy. Thanks to the staff for making this happen without any stress! More

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! The used car dealership claimed the timing belt was replaced and claimed their BMW mechanic would replace the motor mounts to make with good OEM moun The used car dealership claimed the timing belt was replaced and claimed their BMW mechanic would replace the motor mounts to make with good OEM mounts and that the car was "functionally sound", but after checking with my trusted mechanic, the timing belt was NOT replaced. The motor mounts never felt bad until after the BMW mechanic changed the mounts, so I have a feeling they swapped the only good OEM mounts with cheap off-the-shelf mounts and now it feels awful. Tried calling them back and I verbally heard someone in the background to tell them to hang up the phone. NEVER trust their on-site mechanic. ALWAYS document what they claim. And just stay away from these deceptive greedy snakes. More
