Toyota has made many improvements to the Highlander in the past three years. All the employees at Berlin had to do was show it to us and we were hooked. We took it for a test drive and bought it. We love our new Highlander! It feels heavier and safer than our previous model and handles like a dream. Our buying experience was good. We worked primarily with Motumbo , who was fun and easy to get along with. We had one snafu with part of our trade in, but Tim worked with us and quickly resolved the issue. Overall it was a positive experience. More
