I was a bit skeptical of buying on line But Tim was very thoughtful honest thorough polite knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Kept me informed every step of the way. My vehicle was scheduled for pickup with designated driver but his truck was down. When dispatcher tried sending a different driver Tim refused and was right decision.
