If you’re planning to buy a new vehicle and trade in your current one at this dealership, make sure you ask upfront about the full timeline and how the title transfer process is handled. My old car was re current one at this dealership, make sure you ask upfront about the full timeline and how the title transfer process is handled. My old car was resold at auction without a proper and timely title transfer, and later became involved in an accident. As a result, regardless of doing everything right on my end, my insurance received a claim that I now have to dispute and push back on. I am fully aware of the Release of Liability process; however, this situation should not have involved me at all after the trade-in. I have no information on who the dealership sold my vehicle to, yet I am still being drawn into the claims process due to how the paperwork was handled. The responses I received were unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to address basic questions. Communication was poor and the attitude was unprofessional. More

A few months after purchasing a new car at Anderson Honda, my wife and daughter went on a road trip, and the car suddenly stopped working. I desperately called the dealership for guidance, but no one w Honda, my wife and daughter went on a road trip, and the car suddenly stopped working. I desperately called the dealership for guidance, but no one was available to help. I asked to speak with the salesperson who sold me the car and was told she was busy and would return my call later, which she never did. I called again a second time and the person I spoke with was very rude, telling me it wasn’t his job to help me and that I should contact Honda directly since the car was still under warranty. Then he hung up on me. I really can't understand why a dealership would treat their customers so poorly, not to mention the fact that a brand new car stopped working, which is alarming in itself. Of course I'd never recommend Anderson Honda to anyone. Instead, if you're considering buying a new car, I strongly recommend to take your business somewhere else that actually values and respects its customers. Buying a car is a big decision, and you deserve better than this. More
