He listened to what I wanted, and when the car I had in mind wasn’t available, he showed me one I wouldn’t have considered, but wound up loving. His easygoing and kind nature made the whole process fun and smooth. The Sales Manager, Andre, helped me out with some things that were important to me, and Yim is a master in financial wizardry. I’m so happy with the Honda Civic Coupe I got and the overall buying experience. I’ve been recommending Tim and Heritage Honda in Bel Air to everyone since I drove off the lot.
