An extremely sensitive situation was brought to Joe and staff and they handled it with the utmost care and the urgency allowed during that time. I was, in fact, rude and not because they had did anything wrong but personal issues. They still treated me with care, understanding, and support without making me feel bad for my situation. Joe is one of a kind and shines bright in authenticity and care for his customers and their specific needs. The finance advisor, James-also handled my situation with strength and extreme care, working to relieve me of any further burdens outside of my situation. Having PTSD and not being able to control symptoms is embarrassing and debilitating and this staff banded together and guided me right through, even when I was in fight or flight and being so short and rude. They will listen. They will understand and work hard to see you and assist you in the best possible way. My sincerest apologies but also my full gratitude. You’ve just helped a mother flee from an extremely traumatic situation and it will come back to you ten fold! Thank you! ❤️ More
