Service Had to talk them into a rental car for a bad part in a new car I bought from them. The car only had 10,800 miles on it. You think they would just give me the rental car without push back. Needless to say, 5 days later I got my car back fixed and clean and returned the rental car. More

Customer service done the right way! I bought this car (a 2017 Ford Focus SEL) from this dealership. They have performed all the service done so far. I have an independent mechanic closer to home that I visit when my other car (a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee) needs work. But I am sticking with Rob Sight for the Ford. More
