I scheduled my Escape for an oil change at 1pm. Upon arriving I was told that they do not do oil change appointments. The service person checked and said it would be two hours until they could do the o arriving I was told that they do not do oil change appointments. The service person checked and said it would be two hours until they could do the oil change and asked me if I was "okay" with that. I told them "No, that is the reason why I specifically scheduled this appointment". Sorry, but if you can't honor a scheduled appointment to do an oil change, I'm not really encouraged to come back to you for other services. The service person was nice and professional. More

I took delivery of my car on Saturday. On Sunday I discovered one of the tires had a bubble on it, which is a safety issue. This tire was replaced on Monday, no questions asked.
