Overall it was a decent experience. The sales consultant, Tim was very professional, and patient. His efforts resulted in a fairly smooth buying process. My concern was the dealer didn’t disclose damage to the vehicle (bumper damage noticed next day in day light). I would’ve still purchased it but the lack of transparency was left a bit of bad taste. However, after I had already signed loan documents with my personal lender (I came in pre-approved and ready to go) and my lender had already sent dr However, after I had already signed loan documents with my personal lender (I came in pre-approved and ready to go) and my lender had already sent drafting over, the Financing Department tried to get me to either use Lexus Financing for the purchase or switch to a lease. I said no a few times but he kept pushing until my husband walked up and was finally able to get him to stop trying to get me to change my mind on the financing. I didn’t appreciate that at all. More
