Tim was nice but the the dealership there is lacking. Every time I arrive (three+ times) not one person spoke! Even when it was one person right at the door! I looked at a car for 10 minutes and no one a Every time I arrive (three+ times) not one person spoke! Even when it was one person right at the door! I looked at a car for 10 minutes and no one asked me have I been helped. The worse experience was at the finance department. We are going to write a separate complaint on that experience. More

It was my 2nd purchase through Westside Lexus. All was smooth except instead of crediting my account 2k which I placed to hold the car they put it as cash down on a loan I already had financed thr All was smooth except instead of crediting my account 2k which I placed to hold the car they put it as cash down on a loan I already had financed through my bank; I asked specifically to credit back my checking account the 2k, but they did the opposite. Other than that Westside is great and will buy from there again. More

I had an awesome shopping journey with Mr Tim Easterling who was the sales representative I met with when I went into the store that day. His professional service made me feeling so comfortable so I decided who was the sales representative I met with when I went into the store that day. His professional service made me feeling so comfortable so I decided to get me a new Lexus RX350L car immediately. When I pick up my car on next day, he was so helpful to set up everything of digital process for my car and App to make my mind peaceful. I like the store too. That’s the Lexus Quality of Car and Service I always like as I have a Lexus car in China too. More
