AC service Jake in service is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. He goes out of his way to help me every time I am in the dealer. Mike, Pat, Luis, a Jake in service is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. He goes out of his way to help me every time I am in the dealer. Very Helpful People in the Service Department My 2016 Subaru Crosstrek had a dead battery for an unknown reason. Everyone was very helpful and got my problem solved.. Easy, good I went in, the took my car and told me there was a recall on the brakes. I left and asked them to call me when its done. They call me and say they c I went in, the took my car and told me there was a recall on the brakes. I left and asked them to call me when its done. They call me and say they couldn't download the brake thing but everything else was done with in 45 minutes or so. I went back, sign a paper, grab my keys and left. It was easy, simple, quick. More
