When I visited Prestige BMW I met Tim Gallagher and was blown away by his attentiveness and no pressure salesmanship. He listened to my wish list and tried very hard to find exactly what I was looking for. I stopped looking at other dealerships because of Tim. I feel that Tim truly values his customers and not just as another sale. The search process was longer than usual for a CPO car because of the specific options that I was looking for. Tim never pressured me and always told me that he will keep looking as long as it takes to find the right car. He spent time test driving various cars with me, listened to all my concerns and was very responsive answering questions and getting back to me with whatever information I requested. I’m happy to say that Tim did find me a beautiful 2013 328i x-drive coupe and even after the sale he has continued to be responsive and make sure that I’m satisfied with my purchase. More
