I have been getting service here for several years. For several oil changes I have been getting full synthetic. This last one I failed to mention it and it was not what I was previously been getting. But I would need 4 oil changes per year instead of 2. Not saving and wasting time and resources. The previous one to this they did not rotate the tires. More

I recently needed two of my vehicles serviced; one for a sensor light and the Works and the other for a minor Ford recall inspection. I made the appointment with Angie. A day before, I received a handy em sensor light and the Works and the other for a minor Ford recall inspection. I made the appointment with Angie. A day before, I received a handy email reminder from her. They performed the Works and diagnosed the sensor issue on the first vehicle. As the part was ordered, but would not be delivered until the next day, Angie suggested I swap vehicles so they could complete the recall inspection on the second vehicle. When Angie called to tell me the inspection was completed, I re-swapped the vehicles. They held the first vehicle overnight, completed the repair the next morning and then called to tell me it was completed. Angie, in this case, but Tim and service manager Kevin as well are always looking for ways to make things for convenient for me and my family. My family relies on their advice and "fix it right the first time" quality of service to keep our higher mileage vehicles safe and dependable on the road. Thanks, Angie. More
