I went in for regular maintenance (The Works), and also a 'recall' on my 2014 Explorer. The process took about 2.5 hours - longer than I had hoped, but thet repairs included a rear alignment, so the time s 'recall' on my 2014 Explorer. The process took about 2.5 hours - longer than I had hoped, but thet repairs included a rear alignment, so the time spent was understandable. They did not have a driver available to take me home, so I spent my time taking walks to the post office and around town. Overall the staff is excellent and I'm pleased. Would be nice if they'd resume car washes (the reason for less than 5 stars), but again, no other disappointments. Angela is very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. More
