I had a very bad experience at a different dealership in the past. I contacted Mark Ford to trade in my old car a d buy a new one. The sales dept. was great, very helpful. My Expedition had an engine failure at 103,000 miles - defective engine. My warranty expired at 100,000 miles. Still in a dispute with Ford but Tim and the Service staff at Boucher got me back on the r defective engine. My warranty expired at 100,000 miles. Still in a dispute with Ford but Tim and the Service staff at Boucher got me back on the road and replaced the engine in a timely fashion. Local service was fine but I have a big issue with Ford regards this engine failure and whether or not they have a liability to fix this on their nickel. More
