Tim seems to have correctly diagnosed the source of a modest, but persistent oil leak issue with our clean, but high mileage Milan. After replacement of multiple gaskets and seals, it looks like the issue has been fully resolved. Tim has always given us straight advice on what repairs are needed, or not needed, to solve service issues. He also makes sure any relevant coupons, or discounts are applied to our invoice without our even asking. That is very much appreciated. In this case, although not an inexpensive repair, we should be able to get plenty of additional miles and years out of the vehicle. I rely on Tim, Angie and Service Manager Kevin to keep my family's vehicles in safe and dependable condition. They have certainly earned our trust and confidence over the years. More

I had waited waited 3 weeks for tires to come from Costco. I called Tim at Boucher Theinsville and he had them in a day! He also fixed my front end control arm. My Escape drives great now. On top of i Costco. I called Tim at Boucher Theinsville and he had them in a day! He also fixed my front end control arm. My Escape drives great now. On top of it the tires were $50 dollars less at Boucher. Very pleased with there service. More

I made an appointment to have my Explorer's rear parking assist and backup camera repaired as well as a Works oil change. During the course of the Works multi point inspection, they noticed a rear pinion s assist and backup camera repaired as well as a Works oil change. During the course of the Works multi point inspection, they noticed a rear pinion seal leak. Angie called with an estimate and offered a loaner as they needed to keep my truck at least overnight for parts. Next day, the Explorer was good as new. I forgot to inquire about possible service coupons, or specials, but when I looked at the invoice, Angie had already applied all applicable coupons specials and discounts available--without me even asking. This is truly a high quality, customer-focused operation. Thank you, Angie. We drive clean, but high mileage cars that we purchased new and rely on Service Manager Kevin, Angie and Tim to keep them in top operating condition for our family. The hallmarks of their service offering are exceptional customer focus, high quality, reasonably priced repairs and pleasant demeanor. All in all, they deliver excellent automotive service value.
