The rear windows on my 2006 Mustang were not retracting, which meant my convertible top was inoperable. After their technician diagnosed the cause, Angie did an extensive search for 14 year old replacement which meant my convertible top was inoperable. She then scheduled a service date with dealer's convertible top repair specialist. The repair worked perfectly; good as new. Thank you for the extra effort, Angie. Short Notice Service I called around 8:00 AM with a coolant problem, August 6th, 2020. They scheduled an appointment for around 10:00 AM. I dropped off my truck shortly a I called around 8:00 AM with a coolant problem, August 6th, 2020. They scheduled an appointment for around 10:00 AM. I dropped off my truck shortly after 10, added an oil change and some other things I wanted checked. They diagnosed and fixed the coolant problem, did all the add-on's and I was on the road before 1:30 PM. I am very pleased that on short notice the Service Department was able to get me up and running so quickly. Roughly three hours may seem to be a long time to some people; but consider this. Many auto "service centers" will not take you in even if a road side emergency exits. Coolant problems can become very serious and expensive if not dealt with quickly and correctly. Boucher's Service Department gets a Five Star rating from me. More
