Best service dept in the area I have been coming to Boucher Ford in Thiensville for over 10 years. I have tried other Ford dealers and I always come back to this location. Kevin, I have been coming to Boucher Ford in Thiensville for over 10 years. I have tried other Ford dealers and I always come back to this location. Kevin, Tim, Angie, and Mark always take care of me like I am family. Other dealers are closer, but they do not have the personalities that work here. Plus they all address me by my first name when I walk in. That's SERVICE. More

Awesome staff! Great customer service which is why i keep coming back. Service department has been wonderful to me every time I drop my car off with out an appointment! I brought my vehicle in for a recall and decided to get an oil change and have a mystery sound checked out as well. The recall repair took more than a day, which I was fine with, but no one told me it woul an oil change and have a mystery sound checked out as well. The recall repair took more than a day, which I was fine with, but no one told me it would take so long and nobody called me to update me and let me know what was going on. I had to call and ask. When I called, I mentioned that I had a coupon for "The Works" oil change. I was told they would honor the coupon even though I forgot to mention it when I originally made the appointment. "The Works" includes and oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. I picked up my vehicle the following day and forgot to bring the coupon with me. They still honored the price, which I was happy with, however, the car wash and tire rotation was not completed. The mystery noise turned out to be an easy/fairly inexpensive fix, but I never received a phone call telling me what was wrong, what it would cost, and asking me if I wanted it fixed at that time. So, long story short, I was disappointed about not getting the full "Works" package and the lack of communication. The actual work done appears to be quality. More
