I went back to Fred Anderson because of Tim Germain Tim sold me my first Corolla 9 years ago. I had looked at comparable Fords and Hondas and he did not play the usual games of going to a manager (or p Tim sold me my first Corolla 9 years ago. I had looked at comparable Fords and Hondas and he did not play the usual games of going to a manager (or pretending to) to negotiate. He told me about different offers I did not know about through my employee. When I needed a new car I considered only Tim and he, once again, treated me well and helped me find the best options. Also, this winter/spring my Toyota passenger air bag recall was on back order and Byran Anderson handled that for me, texting me about checking it when it was on the lot waiting for service, and starting it up for me. He went above and beyond for me. Fred Anderson Toyota is a big dealership, but the attention is personal. More

Prius prime advance purchase I've been reviewing the prime for months now and decided to pull the trigger and begin the process to get one. I walked in and met Tim and asked if t I've been reviewing the prime for months now and decided to pull the trigger and begin the process to get one. I walked in and met Tim and asked if they have one in stock to look at and they did. Tim Germain was great working with and understood that I wasn't interested in looking at anything else and explained the process and that it could take months to get the car since it was low production, low delivery and high demand. I pay my deposit, filled out some paperwork and leave. In less than a few weeks, I'm told one had been found and allocated. I was able to pick it up even earlier than expected and have almost 10k miles on it already. Great car, great sales staff that work with real other and highly recommend. More
