He reviewed the options with each model and took us for test drives. He was very knowledgable of both SUVs and was able to help us make a decision on which to choose. Once we had chosen a car, he quickly reviewed the expected costs with us and we were able to choose the best option for us! Great experience all around! We will go back to Tim the next time around. Unfortunately, Fred Anderson's "family plan" isn't the value they advertise it as. Despite saying that we would get a loyalty service discount after 50,000 miles, we did not receive our discount until our 70,000 mile service, costing us hundreds of dollars. If you're looking for a Toyota, go see Tim. Just factor in that Fred Anderson might not end up giving you what you were promised. (Also, if you get lucky enough to have Rashanda as your finance manager, then you'll enjoy that process too.) More
